Today the scale said 145!! Yay!! And boy am I sore. I really worked out my arms and chest. It hurts to even lift my cup of tea! But thats good! Its good kind of sore. But I think today I will do my treadmill, and then do leg lifts. Im giving my arms a day off!
Or should I? Hmm. Not sure. I think they need a day off tho don't they? To heal?
