I did exercise yesterday. An hour on the treadmill.
It feels so good when I am done. Like I accomplished something.
The scale said 147 this morning. Still don't get it.
I eat so healthy. No snack chips, or cookies. No fried foods.
I just have to keep remembering its not the number.
But damn! I want that number to go down!!!!!!!!! Far down!!!!!!!!
Lets go already!
Maybe I am gaining muscle. I can see a difference in my arms. They are starting to define a little bit.
Well, its 10am and time to get on the treadmill. I feel so lazy tho right now.
I will finish my tea, then exercise.
