3 min warm up at 0.0 and 3.0mph
3 min at 10.0 and 3.0 mph
3 min at 2.0 and 5.0 mph
3 min at 10.0 and 3.0
3 min at 2.0 and 5.0
I did it that way for 30 mins.
Then I walked at 2.0 and 2.0 mph and did the arm weights. They are 5 lbs.
I did all kinds of arm workouts just as if I was standing still and doing them.
Then I ran at 5.5 for .25 miles. And cooled down for 2 mins.
Treadmill time was a total of 50 min.
Then it was situps. I did 120 total. Some facing up, some going sideways, some as crunches.
I did leg lifts also. 24 each leg and 10 secs holding them up and pulsing. Ouch!!
Yesterdays snack was some cheese, cut from a block of cheddar, probably an inch thick total, topped with some peanut butter. Delish!!
Dinner was homemade taco soup. I served mine ontop of arugula instead of chips.
We are heading to Daytona next week to camp for a week. I need to think of some healthy snacks and healthy meals to prepare. Its hard when you are cooking over a camp fire, or on a little propane stove. Its so easy to make hamburgers and hot dogs. Maybe I should premake some turkey burgers, freeze them, and then I will have some better for us burgers. I might even be able to premake black bean burgers, freeze them, and cook em.
I do not eat things like chips, but maybe I will make some trail mix and bring my own.
Breakfasts... hmm. I will get the egg beaters or egg whites in a carton. I wont have to worry about breaking eggs. I love chorizo and eggs at the track. I suppose one day of it will be good. What a bacon and sausage? aaahh!! Hubby and kids love those on chilly mornings.
Oh well, I will figure it out.
We will do lots of walking around the track, so I am not to worried about not getting my exercise.
Have a great Friday!!
